George

I went to my first show this weekend. It was very informative, interesting and fun.

It was amazing to see all the different breeds in person. I don't get the whole cavy thing- but I do realize that is the pot calling the kettle black.

I entered my one buck in the show- but I knew he want going to win anything because he was so tinny.

I really would like to get the kid into 4 H - thus I bought home George. He is a very docile mini rex.

Babies aren't babies anymore

Out of 8 kits from the litter in November I have 2 bucks left. I can't believe how quick they have grown.

I have the black buck with the white foot who I am selling as a fiber bunny and a black buck that looks to be show quality.

If he makes weight I may take him to a show in a couple weeks.

Hating the French

I feel in love with English Angoras the first time I saw them and then deeper when I held my first whooky of fur in my hands.
I recently have expanded to French and satins. I am not feeling the love.
My French are huge and kick like what I imagine an actual jack rabbit would.
My satin has drew blood on me twice.
So the satin is going back to his original breeder and I sold one French.
So I have 4 EAs only.  No diversity for me.
